The Cincinnati real estate community challenges its peers to reduce energy, save costs, and position commercial office buildings for the future.
BOMA Cincinnati, IREM Cincinnati, and Duke Energy are looking to find the local office buildings that will save the most energy in 2012/2013 and recognize these leaders in the greater Cincinnati market. The Kilowatt Crackdown is a fun, competitive challenge designed to raise energy-efficiency awareness and enable Cincinnati area buildings to benchmark their energy performance, analyze data, develop action plans, and implement strategies that save energy and reduce operating expenses.
